Ooma Telo is a voice over Internet protocol (VOIP) service that requires Internet service in your home that almost entirely eliminates your monthly phone bill. There is a set up fee required to start the service and then all you pay is a small monthly access fee. Every Ooma Telo review states that it is one of the best, if not the best, voice over Internet protocol service out there. The Ooma Telo review also notes that you get all the same features that you would with regular phone service. Features like call waiting, three-way calling and voice mail and you also get up to five thousand domestic phone calls per month with the Ooma Telo service. International calls cost a little more, however, starting with the premiere package reduces that rate just a little. So far, there is not a bad Ooma Telo review. This is my unboxing video of the Generation 8 Archos Android tablets: Archos 43 Internet Tablet (16GB) for sale soon for $199 in the USA and 199€ in Europe. (yes A43 is confirmed to be $199/199€ for 16GB Capacity). The Archos 43 Internet Tablet basically offers the same Android experience on a large yet very pocketable 4.3″ touch screen as on a Droid X using the same Texas Instruments OMAP3630 ARM Cortex A8 45nm 1ghz processor but for $199 all inclusive (no $599 unlocked pricing or $2000 with 2-year contracts), no monthly subscriptions required, though for 3G access and VOIP you need to use a Mifi or Bluetooth tethering. It comes with HDMI output and full video and audio codecs support up to MKV 720p high profile and high bitrate support (which I will test in my upcoming next videos). Archos 32 Internet Tablet (8GB) for sale now on www.amazon.com for $144 in the USA and 158€ on www.amazon.de in Europe. This MiniTablet range by Archos offers basically a similar experience to the iPod Touch but for an amazing price starting at $99 for the Archos 28 to $149 for the Archos 32 which thus has slightly larger screen, a VGA camera and Composite tv-out. In this video, I unbox them and boot them up for the first time. Consider European prices include ~20% VAT taxes which is why the EU price of any consumer electronics devices is always higher than US prices which don’t include taxes.

This Wi-Fi Skype phone made by one of my favorite company, www.IPEVO.com, taiwan based company. After reviewing all skype phones, I picked this. Price are about 30% less than Belkin and Netgear, the interface is the same. voice quality is very good and loud except that you got “TALKING in a BOX” like feeling. Keys are pretty responsive but small (due to the phone size), unlike Netgear and belkin flat keys, its curved out a bit so you can easier to work with. Comes with a cradle and a free 4 port USB hub dongle (by IPEVO) as a gift when purchase over amazon. You can record and playback voice mail right from this device. One more good feature is it will connect wifi network automatically if you have the profile entered. It is good for people travelling home to work without caring that the phone is connected or not. CONS: not so good for using call center and needed to key in numbers, you will miss some numbers from time to time, I blame on the wifi VOIP technology. Also the battery indicator is incorrectly display (discovered after this video recording), It has a low battery screen pop up while the top left corner battery indicator is still full bar. And when you hand up a call, usually there is a hand up sound came out from the speaker phone, and it is loud! try to lift your ear out before you hangup or it will hurt your ear. For a price $129.99 it is a pretty good choice for having a skype phone around without a cord. And… sorry about my poor english.
