actually no smh. all u hav to do is just reboot it with the cpu not restore it or rejailbreak. I use blackrain to turn it back on for my friend. and u gain back everything u had prior to the battery running out. It takes about 15-20 seconds
Disadvantage for you, if u have a iTouch or iPhone with 3.0+ firmware you can only use a tethered jailbreak, meaning that when u reboot or ur iPod or iPhone runs out of battery. it looses all function except for on and off, it stays at the connection screen until you re-jailbreak it or restore it to factory settings…
