Been doing this free of charge for almost a year now on the jailbreak.. (yawn..)
But then with Multitasking on 4.0, you will be able to make and receive calls over 3G without using the Phone app
Just jailbreak to get it now for free. Look for 3g unrestrictor, it makes your iPhone think it’s using wifi when it’s using 3g.
