turn your computer off and then back on. Make sure you unplug and the plug back in MJ securely.

I don’t have MagicJack, but like the user that made this video said..some people may have connection problems, because they are downloading and whatnot, but I would like to ADD to that… and say there is a feature inside windows called “QOS” or “Quality of Service” and by enabling this feature, a certain amount of bandwidth is reserved for VOIP type systems, this might help people alot

i just have a choppy line all of a sudden. not the issues that you describe. People can barely hear me. Is there a way to fix this. loved magic jack! oceanfrontescapes@hotmail.com

this is a great product….gotta love saving money, and MAGICJACK SAVES MONEY…..GREAT PRODUCT…check out there stock (CALL), which is doing great on the nasdaq

this device is retarded
1) pop-up on computer when there is an incoming call or outgoing call
2) all emails calls and things on your computer are open for the company to know
3)in most cases you get a Long Distance Area Code
4) its cheap because all of your information is sold to third parties

The only problem I have with magic jack is the people I call say that they can’t hear me and I shout and really thats the only way they can.what could possibly be the problem??

I have found document and settings but I have not located app/data nor anything that look like mjusbsp file, even did a search for it and no result.
did a search for magic jack and found everything to do with magic jack even file entitle c/ document and settings/acer ….I am yet to find the file mjusbsp…. please help.

The Warning showed up for me today. Unfortunately, fix only solves the problem until I reboot the computer. Rather than go through all your steps each time, I just run the update.exe and all is fine until the next time I reboot.

btw i use Windows 7 i downloaded the update but i cant install it cause it keeps shutting and goin back up…

yo man, i got this problem lately i get magic jack opening and then after like 3 secs its says contact list not downloaded and then shuts down and then it goes back up it repeates that all the time waht is the problem?

thank you for the vid; it is very helpful. Now I gotta ask for some help here. I am using windows vista, AT&T DSL but I have a problem with Magic Jack, when I make a call I can hear the person at the other of the line very clearly but the other person can not hear me well, my voice skips or breaks that is what I have been told. My friend has magic jack too and they have never had any problems with it. Can anybody give me any word of advise as to how to fix this problem….thank you much
