Cisco IPT End User Training -VoIPTrainer on the phone
4What Interactive, the leading provider of on-demand interactive training and support for Cisco IP phones, today announced the VoIPTrainer can now be accessed directly from the Services button on Cisco IP phones. Previously, users accessed VoIPTrainer via a web browser on www.voiptrainer.com, or via a link on a corporate intranet site. “Now, it is easier than ever for users to get the phone training they need, when they need it,” says George Tripsha, Vice President of VoIPTrainer Sales. “They just press the Services button on their phone, and get either a complete text description on the display screen, or launch a audio/video flash simulation directly to their desktop that shows them how to perform a specific task. This gives the user access to training and support at their fingertips without ever taking a training class or making a help desk/support call.”

Conferencing is just the tip of the ice berg for how complicated some of the advanced features and functionality of these phones can be. It can be very intimidating for anyone who has never used anything like an office phone before.

Very cool but is it really so complicated to do a conference call that I need a computer demo to show me how?

Awesome video guys, very effective sample and views of the actual training on the phone, and launching it to the computer. Wow!!
