Previously, users accessed VoIPTrainer via a web browser on www.voiptrainer.com, or via a link on a corporate intranet site. “Now, it is easier than ever for users to get the phone training they need, when they need it,” says George Tripsha, Vice President of VoIPTrainer Sales. “They just press the Services button on their phone, and get either a complete text description on the display screen, or launch a audio/video flash simulation directly to their desktop that shows them how to perform a specific task.
