how do I remove the back cover? Do I just need to be strong or will it break? I open up the phone, use my thumbs to push down and up and the cover slips off a little bit then it goes no further

i’ve had this phone for almost a year, I love it. Yes I’m not going to lie its been a difficult year but this phone has character, you get used to it. Its my little phone baby:P

what you want ot do is open it so theres a small crack then just push as hard as you can with your thumbnails.

as long as nothing is waterdamaged, cracked, or missing on the phone u can call tmo customer care and they will send u a replacment and u have to mail the broken one back. but its only 10$ and its very easy, i’ve done it like 7x!! lol but not for that phone.
